Energising Yoga for Men

Focusing on grounding through correct postural alignment to then allow for balanced and increased energy flow around the body.

Incorporating essential physiotherapy principles and Qi Gong elements alongside Yogi breathing techniques and postures (static & dynamic) while developing meditative practises allowing oneself to implement the power of intention into manifestation.

A strong male ‘yang’ energy emphasis throughout on developing core and upper body strength (including arm balance exercises).

Group classes available in our crystal conservatory on Wednesdays at 20:15.
