A fusion of high energy fluid Yoga movements (Vinyasa style), learning how to synchronise breath to develop cardiovascular fitness and body tone. Starting with warming dance exercises and finishing with a peaceful relaxation. Ideal for those looking for a fun way to have a work out.


Focused on empowering female energy creating an opportunity for self-exploration, is a safe and comfortable space, striving to release the mind from negative thoughts and bring balance to your body, mind & heart.

Group classes available in our crystal conservatory on Mondays at 12am, Wednesdays at 9:30am, Fridays at 18:30pm & Saturdays at 8:30am.
